I. CALL TO ORDER – Chair Leavitt-Smith called the meeting to order at 7:01 P.M.9

Present: Chair, Erin Leavitt-Smith; Vice Chair, William Rice; Commission Members:11
Holly Beum, Nicholas Criscitelli, Julie Eaton, and Marcus Furze; Alternate12
Commission Member, Paul S. Sullivan, Sr.; Board of Selectmen Liaison, Mike Paine;13

Vice Chair Rice amended all language reading, “Secretary Rice” to read “Vice Chair22

MOTION: Vice Chair Rice made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Criscitelli,25
to approve the Minutes of the July 14, 2026, Regular Meeting as amended. The26
motion carried unanimously (5-0-1).27
