I. CALL TO ORDER – Chair Lang called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.9

William Clegg, Kristin DuBois, and Thomas Mach; Assistant Town Planner, Brittany12
MacGilpin; and Code Compliance Officer, Joseph Hollis.13

MOTION: Commissioner Mach made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Dragulski,24
to approve the Minutes of the June 15, 2026, Regular Meeting, as written. Commissioner25
Clegg abstained. The motion carried (4-0-1).26

ZC 26-14, An application of 32-36 Iron Horse LLC, Owner, Chris Nelson, Agent, for the30
installation of a ± 29 sq.ft. monument sign at 32-36 Iron Horse Boulevard (Assessor’s Map31

Mr. Nelson presented the proposed monument sign. The Board asked several follow-up34
questions.35

MOTION: Commissioner Clegg made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Mach that37
the Design Review Board submits a positive referral for ZC 26-14, An application of 32-38
