Parade on July 11th

4. Action Requested of the Board of Selectmen:
If the Selectmen support approving the public gathering, the following motion is in order:
Move, effective July 1, 2026, to approve the public gathering application, as presented,
for the America 250th Parade and to authorize the issuance of the public gathering permit
for the event.
5. Summary of Submission:
The Public Gathering Committee has approved the application for the America 250th
Parade. The event will be held on July 11, 2026, in downtown Simsbury.
All referral agencies have reviewed and approved the application.

None
