I. CALL TO ORDER – Chair Leavitt-Smith called the meeting to order at 6:01 P.M.7

Ms. Seavy requested an edit to the spelling of her name, adding an “e.”21

Mr. Rice moved approval of the minutes as edited, seconded by Mr. Braz. The motion23

The Committee received progress reports on select implementation items from the28
membership.29

The Town Manager provided a summary briefing on the budgetary process, capital31
planning, and community project prioritization.32
