I. CALL TO ORDER –Chairman Braz called the meeting to order at 5:00 P.M.6

Present: Zoning Commission Members: Chair Tony Braz, Vice-Chair Shannon8
Leary, Dagny Griswold, Tucker Salls, Kate Beal (via Zoom); Zoning Commission9
Alternate Members: Doug McKown, Stacie Espeso, Allen Bradford. Staff: Planning10
Director, George McGregor, Ken Slater, Esq., Acting Town Attorney11

Absent: Zoning Commissioner Jackie Battos13

Ms. Espeso was seated for Ms. Beal.15

II. EXECUTIVE SESSION17

Chair Braz made a motion, seconded by Vice-Chair Leary, to enter Executive19
Session pursuant to General Statutes section 1-200(6)(B): Legal Briefing and20
Discussion of Pending Litigation and/or Claim and invited Mr. McGregor and Mr.21
Slater to join. The motion carried unanimously (6-0-0).22

The Commission entered Executive Session at 5:01 P.M.24

Representatives of SL Silverman were invited to join the Executive Session at26
5:13 P.M.27

Chairman Braz made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Griswold, to come out29
of Executive Session. The motion carried unanimously (6-0-0).30

The Commission exited Executive Session at 5:49 P.M. No action was taken.32

III. ADJOURNMENT34

MOTION: Vice-Chairman Leary made a motion, seconded by Commissioner36
Griswold, to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried unanimously (6-0-0).37
