A quorum was not established; therefore, no official business was conducted.
Vice Chairman Bill Rucci convened the meeting at 6:00 p.m., for discussion purposes only.
The meeting was held in person in the Engineering Conference Room at Simsbury Town
Hall.
Brett Marchand, Director of Information Technology, guided us through a brief update on IT
projects underway or anticipated.
