I. CALL TO ORDER –Chairman Braz called the meeting to order at 12:02 P.M.6

Present: Zoning Commission Members: Chair Tony Braz, Vice-Chair Shannon Leary,8
Jackie Battos, Dagny Griswold, Tucker Salls (via Zoom); Zoning Commission9
Alternate Members: Doug McKown, Stacie Espeso, Allen Bradford. Staff: Planning10
Director, George McGregor, Assistant Town Planner, Brittany MacGilpin.11

Absent: Zoning Commissioner Kate Beal.13

Ms. Espeso was seated for Ms. Beal.15

II. EXECUTIVE SESSION17

Chairman Braz made a motion, seconded by Vice-Chair Leary, to enter into Executive19
Session pursuant to General Statutes section 1-200(6)(B): Legal Briefing and20
Discussion of Pending Litigation and/or Claim and invited Mr. McGregor and Ms.21
MacGilpin to join. The motion carried unanimously (6-0-0).22

The Commission entered Executive Session at 12:03 P.M.24

Chairman Braz made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Espeso, to come out of26
Executive Session. The motion carried unanimously (6-0-0).27

The Commission exited Executive Session at 12:38 P.M.29

MOTION: Chairman Braz made a motion, seconded by Vice-Chair Leary, to adjourn33
the meeting. The motion carried unanimously (6-0-0).34
