I. CALL TO ORDER – Chair Leavitt-Smith called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.7

II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES18

The Committee deferred action on the October 28, 2025 minutes.20

III. GENERAL BUSINESS22

The Committee received progress reports on select implementation items from the membership,24
including:25

 Zoning Commission efforts related to the ongoing comprehensive zoning regulation27
update and announcement of a Community Input Session on March 30, 2026.28
 Town of Simsbury community facility projects including the PAC expansion and29
Firetown Road sidewalk.30
 Discussion of future Planning Commission efforts including new, state required31
“Housing Growth Plans” and consideration of future small area plans now that32
Tariffville is complete.33
 Activities and Strategies of the Economic Development Commission.34
