I. CALL TO ORDER –Chair Leavitt-Smith called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.9

Present: Chair, Erin Leavitt-Smith; Vice Chair, William Rice; Commission Members: Holly11
Beaum, Julie Eaton, and Marcus Furze; Alternate Commission Members: Peter Harrison and12
Paul Sullivan Sr.; and Planning Director, George McGregor.13

Seating of Alternate: Commissioner Harrison was appointed as a regular member for tonight’s18

MOTION: Vice Chair Rice made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Eaton, to approve the25
Minutes of the January 13, 2026, Regular Meeting. Commissioner Beum abstained. The motion26
carried unanimously (5-0-1).27
