FAIR RENT COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
February 5, 2026
A special meeting of the Fair Rent Commission was convened on Thursday,
February 5, 2026, at Eno Memorial Hall. Meeting was called to order at 4:02
P.M. by Karin Stahl.
PRESENT: Kristen Formanek, Karin Stahl, George Tolhurst, Maxine Asnis,
Stephanie Yocum, and Mike Paine.
ACTION ITEMS:
1. Minutes from April 30, 2025, were reviewed. Motion made by Stephanie
Yocum to approve the minutes. Motion was seconded by George
Tolhurst. All votes in favor of the motion. Motion carries.
2. Discussion regarding commission positions was had. George Tolhurst is
volunteering to act as Chair. Stephanie Yocum is volunteering to act as
Vice Chair. Motion made by Karin Stahl to appoint George Tolhurst as
Chair and Stephanie Yocum as Vice Chair. All votes in favor of the
motion. Motion carries.
3. Motion made by George Tolhurst to adjourn the meeting at 4:28 PM.
Motion seconded by Stephanie Yocum. All votes in favor of the motion.
Motion carries.
