Minutes of Special Meeting, January 27, 2026
Board Members:
Present: Charles (“Chip”) Houlihan (Chair), Lynn Raccio, Renee Blanchette and
Gabriela Sandoval
Excused: Gary Kevorkian
The Special Meeting of the Simsbury Board of Ethics, noticed for January 27,
2026, was called to Order at 5:30 p.m., a quorum having been determined by the Chair.
1. A motion to approve the proposed 2026 Meeting Dates with the meetings
commencing at 5:30pm was made by Lynn Raccio and seconded by Gabriela
Sandoval. Without further discussion, the motion was approved 4-0.
The 2026 Regular meeting dates are as follows:
April 7, 2026
June 9, 2026
September 8, 2026
December 8, 2026
2. There was a discussion regarding the consideration of a pending complaint
and the members agreed that it will be considered at a special meeting by the
entire Board.
3. There being no other business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at
5:45 p.m.
