Update on Fatal Motor Vehicle Accident (282 Hopmeadow Street)
Simsbury, CT August 25, 2016
The female operator from the fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred on August 24, 2016, in
front of 282 Hopmeadow Street, is Beth Thornton (01-29-1957) of Simsbury, Connecticut.
The motor vehicle crash remains under investigation by members of the Simsbury Police
Department. Any witnesses of the accident are asked to contact Detective Scott Sagan at 860-
658-3130.
