Simsbury, CT September 21, 2012
The Simsbury Police Department has identified the two deceased adults located at 51
Hopmeadow Street in Simsbury on Wednesday September 19, 2012. The female homicide
victim was identified as Elizabeth Day. She died of multiple gun shot wounds caused by
Michael Wawrzyniak. He was the second deceased adult and he died of a self-inflicted gun shot
wound.
